I ordered this shampoo, but it has poor packaging and a non-functional lid, resulting in significant waste during use. Despite using it for the past 15 days, I've seen no results - not even a 0.5% improvement. In fact, my scalp feels oilier. Furthermore, their customer service is extremely disappointing. I requested a replacement, which they agreed to, but never sent one despite multiple reminders. Not recommended at all.
