Exchange and Return Policy

1. Products can only be exchanged from the Soak In Love Official online store within 07 days from the date of purchase.

2. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. No cash refunds are allowed.

4. Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores and vice versa.

5. There is no return or replacement of items if the customer does not like the shade, color, texture, or fragrance of the product.

6. The product should not be used or opened; tags must be intact, and the product should be in good condition.

7. The original invoice is required for exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging.

8. For defective products, contact our Customer Care center by sending an invoice and images of the defective product to soakinloveofficial@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp at +923217500066.
