Do I need to create a member account?

You can browse our website, add items to your cart, and place orders using guest checkout without creating an account. However, creating a member account offers the following benefits:

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ on the login/sign-up page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Reset Password’. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. After verifying your credentials, you can create a new password.

How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?

Log in to your account, click on ‘My Account’, and update your shipping or billing details. You can also change your password from this section.

How do I order online?

To place an order from Soak In Love Official:

1. Click on the item you wish to purchase.
2. Select the desired size/color and click 'Add to Cart'.
3. A pop-up will confirm that the item has been added to your cart.
4. Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
5. Enter your delivery details, including a valid phone number and email address.
6. Choose your preferred payment option from the dropdown list and click ‘Place Order’.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Soak In Love Official uses an automated email system. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary and order number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been placed successfully.

Why does the item in my cart now say it is unavailable?

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. They remain available for others to purchase until you complete the checkout process. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order while still browsing and shopping. Simply remove or update items in your ‘Shopping Cart’. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled before dispatch. If you still wish to return it after receiving it, please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.

How can I pay on your site?

At Soak In Love Official, we offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (available only within Pakistan)
• Online payments using Credit/Debit cards (Visa or MasterCard)

What courier services do you use for shipping?

• Domestic Shipping: We use Call Courier, Leopards, M&P, TCS, TRAX, and Swyft for shipments within Pakistan.
• International Shipping: DHL Courier Co. handles all international orders.

What if I am not available at the time of order delivery?

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order twice. Please ensure your address and postal code are accurately mentioned when placing an order. If both attempts fail, the item will be returned to Soak In Love Official's head office, and you will receive a confirmation email.
